
Club President – Jacob Brant
Jacob was elected as the Club President in 2022/23. He has been an essential part of the Crocs community for much of his life. Jacob’s enthusiasm for Rugby Union grew during his early years with the Crocs, where he began playing in the junior league at under 13s. Jacob is the first ever crocs member to be elected as a President who commenced with the club as a Junior.
Committed to his roles as a husband and father, Jacob embodies the values and spirit of the Crocs club culture, fully embracing its values.

Vice President – Bayley Hakes
Bayley was elected as the Vice President in 2022/23. Bayley’s passion for rugby was sparked during his junior years while living in NSW. In 2011, he relocated to the top end and, along with his father, became involved with the Crocs. Within the club, they served in various capacities, including as medics, volunteers, and committee members.
Outside of rugby, Bayley cherishes his role as a devoted father to two beautiful little girls. Presently, he actively participates in the Senior Men’s Division, while his partner Arizona also competes in the Women’s Division.

Secretary – Ethan Douglas
Dougie was elected as the Secretary in 2024. Dougie became a member of the Crocs in 2022, initially as a Senior A Grade Player. With over 25 years of experience in Rugby, Dougie has played in NSW and represented Central West and the Australian Army.
In 2023/24, Dougie was the Assistant Coach for the Under 17 Boys and as a Medic for the B Grade Men’s team.
Additionally, he is a devoted father to his two little girls, Lucy and Billie. Dougie’s partner, Maddie, is also deeply involved in the Crocs community, volunteering in various capacities and providing assistance as a medic and strapper on game days.

Junior Coordinator (U13s to U18s) – Kate Eadie
Kate was elected as a Junior Coordinator in 2021. Kate is the jack of all trades and knows everything there is to know about Junior Rugby Union, with over 20 years of experience expanding over managing, coordinating, and simply keeping everyone in line and on schedule.
Kate’s husband Ashley, and their boys Alex and Liam are also heavily involved in the sport. The Eadie family is highly respected in the Crocs community for their ongoing support and willingness to help out whenever needed. They embody the spirit of the Crocs family.

Junior Coordinator (U5s to U11s) – Jess Burke
Jess was elected as a Junior Coordinator in 2024, following her supportive role alongside Kate throughout the 2022/23 season. A dedicated wife and mother of three boys, Jess has been actively engaged in Junior Rugby for nearly six years, demonstrating considerable expertise as a Team Manager, Event Coordinator and is a favourite amongst our littlest of croc families.
